The K+H expanding and calibrating machines are designed for precise forming of rotationally symmetric sheet metal hollow parts. Its programmable expanding stroke enables reproducible results—even in multi-step processes with optional rotation to optimize roundness and material flow.

A 12-segment expansion system ensures minimal gaps between jaws and a nearly closed contour during expansion, resulting in uniform forming and high surface quality.

Available with servo-electric or servo-hydraulic drive, the machines can be used as a stand-alone unit or integrated into automated production lines. It is flexibly scalable to suit various part geometries and process requirements.
